JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon Says "I am Not a Fan of Bitcoin"
JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon is once again sharing his disdain for the Bitcoin cryptocurrency, saying he isn’t a fan. Speaking at the bank’s 2025 Investor Day event., the CEO said explicitly “I am not a fan of Bitcoin.” He also stated that JPMorgan will never custody bitcoin, however they will allow clients to purchase it . “I don’t know what Bitcoin itself is for, but I defend your right to smoke a cigarette. I’ll defend your right to buy Bitcoin. I won’t personally ever buy Bitcoin,” Dimon said. Therefore, JPMorgan is set to allow its clients to purchase the asset that has returned to a six-figure price and is knocking on the door of a fresh all-time high in 2025.
